Thank you for visiting Carrie Hoxton Store! We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time:

  • We do hold stock for 70% of the displayed items but we always try to make you a fresh leather jacket upon receiving the order because there is nothing better than a freshly made leather jacket. All orders of available stock are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping with in UK is FREE on all order while INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is FREE for orders above £500 - For orders under £500 the shipping charges are £24.99 per order.

Shipping Destinations:

  • Offering worldwide shipping -  If your location is not covered, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Confirmation:

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Customs and Duties for International Orders:

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.  Please note that Carrie Hoxton is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be applied by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

     

  • Import duties, taxes, and any additional customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
    We advise checking with your country’s customs office prior to placing an order to determine any applicable costs.


Shipping Delays:

  • Carrie Hoxton is not liable for any delays in shipping caused by natural disasters, customs issues, or other unforeseen events. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays and work towards a resolution.
  • Please note: if we don't have an item in our warehouse, it may take a week for you to receive your order.
